Spring In Your Step!
Mark your calendars! The first Saturday of Spring, March 24th at 9am, we are going to start the season off on the right foot with the Blackman Farm Spring In Your Step Family Walk. So grab those water bottles and bring the whole family with the bikes, skates, or that special pair of running shoes. We will be starting and ending at the playground at the front of the neighborhood and will be making a loop through Blackman Farm that will be just over a mile. You can move at your own pace, whether that is a full run, or a slow walk. This is about us coming together as a neighborhood and encouraging one another in some healthy activity! We hope you will join us in kicking off our neighborhood events for 2012 in a positive way. Water and healthy snacks will be provided after the walk. We will also have a sign up for individuals interested in participating in a Blackman Farm running/walking group!

Thanks to all of those who came out to the event last weekend! It was so much fun and I think it will definitely be something we do again so if you didn’t make it this time be sure to put it on your calendar next time we plan one! Thanks to all the great vendors and planners we had working on it as well!!
Joy:
Your Blackman Farm Community Home Business & Craft Show idea is fantastic! I’m sure that the rest of the community agrees. Thank you for setting this up for us.
Mark
Thanks Mark! We are hoping this can be just the start of a reoccurring event that can really be an outlet for those in our community to share with everyone their talents, and home businesses. Looking forward to a great event and hoping the neighborhood really comes out and supports its local vendors!
We are still accepting vendors at this time so please email me or call me if you are interested in participating!
Thanks so much for posting Mark!
